The pentacle (five point star) or pentagram (star encircled) is a universal symbol found in many cultures. Worn by Wiccans or Pagans, it symbolizes the four Alchemical elements with Spirit at the top. It is used not only for adornment and representation of the faith, but as a protective talisman and symbol in ceremonial magic rituals.
